Benoni Country Club

The Benoni Country Club started initially as a 9-hole golf course in 1905. Three years later the course was expanded to its full compliment of 18 holes. Today Benoni Country Club is well known as a first class golfing facility with it's meandering tree lined fairways and greens. However the Benoni Country Club has greatly developed its facilities from purely a golf club.

The Club is one of the most sought after Venues on the east Rand with easy access to the N12 Highway. There is a most impressive porte cochere entrance leading to an attractive foyer. The club offers excellent cuisine and a range of menus that may be adapted to individual preferences.

Three well appointed function rooms with seating capacity ranging from 20 to 400 offers pleasant and peaceful surroundings for seminars, conferences, weddings, birthday parties and corporate functions. one of the features is that good security is provided.

A prestigious housing project was undertaken and now has just short of one hundred houses along the southern side of the golf course. All these factors create a very special atmosphere at the Club.
