Nova Paintball

Nova Paintball is a brand new paintball company in South Africa.

Nova Paintball in association with The Woods Paintball, have developed a new Paintball field inside the the Pretoria Show Grounds now called the Tshwane Events Centre, which provides for both Airball/Speedball and Milsim/CQC styles of play, day or night! So if you want to play paintball at a well organised and relaxed venue, call Nova Paintball!

Our facilities include 1 Tournament Sized Airball/Speedball field with inflatable bunkers on a level playing field/pitch, and 3 fields for Milsim/CQC styles of paintball. Our Milsim fields will be designed with an urban/tactical feel and can be played either as multiple smaller fields, or one large field when all the field separators are opened up. Our milsim or CQC (Close Quarter Combat) fields will offer tactical field design not yet seen in South Africa, so keep your eye on our developments!

Also, due to the fact that our facility is inside the Pretoria Show Grounds, we have the ability to host day and night games in a safe environment, and our field is right next door to the Metro Police headquarters. We can also cater to all functions, small or enormous due to our close relationship with the Tshwane Events Centre / Pretoria Show Grounds.

Nova Paintball caters to everyone from first-time players to veterans of the sport, and our facility is ready to host everything from a fun day out for a braai, to Birthday Parties, Bachelor Parties, Team Building Events, Self Defence Lessons, Security Company Training, Conferences and even full blown Expo’s, simply let us know what your requirements are.

About the fields

Field 1

Field 1 was designed with the speedball player and spectator in mind. Field 1 has a pitch 45m x 49m in size, and makes use of inflatable airball bunkers in it’s layout and function. Using inflatable bunkers allows us to make many different layouts which challenge players to use different approaches and tactics to defeat their opponents.

Field 2

Field 2 was designed like a stage from a computer game for the hardcore Milsim (Military Simulation) or CQC (Close Quarter Combat) player, this field layout contains:

• 2 x Multi-Level Barns each with a ramp up to a raised level giving a height advantage over opponents that are in exposed areas.
• 2 x Ground Level cabins with their own courtyards, creating the perfect tactical positioning to infiltrate and attack players inside the barns.
• 1 x Raised bridge across the width of the field, creating strategic access to either side of the field but beware of snipers in the two barns!
• Multiple sandbag bunkers and obstructions adding to the Urban/Village� style of this field.
