Wild Ivory Eco Lodge

The Wild Ivory Eco Lodge is positioned in one of the 'sweeter' bushveld areas in the western section of the reserve with an abundance of plains game which will in turn attract the large number of predator species which occur in the reserve. In addition, the lodge is positioned in a quieter area of the reserve far from human influence and disturbance.The lodge is elevated and overlooks a wooded plain and private waterhole. This position allows for beautiful and uninterrupted views over the reserve and up the Waterberg escarpment.

Wild Ivory lodge blends in to the surrounds and has a low impact on the environment, effort has been made to ensure the lodge is sustainable and has a very low carbon footprint. The lodge makes use of solar powered renewable energy and sustainable borehole water with solar supply, enviro-friendly paints and consumables have been used, no hard woods used in construction, completely sustainable water supply, eco-friendly sewerage systems.
