"Bontle" a word that means beautiful in Tswana, and a name that was bestowed upon a splendid camping site in the Marakale National Park. Bontle Camping Site is an intriguing camp as visitors get to camp without the restrictions of fences, allowing the wild African spirit to enter the dwelling.
Accommodation at Bontle comprises of 38 campsites, electrified camp sites set into 3 clusters with one communal ablution block per cluster. Bontle Camping Site is situated adjoining the park's reception entrance gate by the picnic area at Kwaggasvlakte. Most facilities are situated outside the park, fuel, shops, restaurants, medical services etc.. can be found in the nearby town of Thabazimbi. Take time off from the hustle and bustle and get into the natural groove at this tranquil piece of paradise.
