Great Easter
We had mixed feelings over the Easter Weekend, but the bad luck was over turned by Peter & Ortrud. They made it great. We book for the weekend at them (our third in two years) and on the Monday our car broke down. The Herty's help us to get the car fixed and drove us round.

At Ithabiseng you can break and enjoy the the bush. You can even hear the crickets at night and enjoy the fresh air. The place is always clean and neat. A walk way is also availible to experience some wild life. Every thing is in the cottage. You only need to bring your own food.

what an exquisite experience
It was so great being at Ithabiseng as we got to relax far awy from the city noise and crowdedness,we stay at Tha Apartment Gecko and honestly it was more than I had bargained for ,we got to see some animal at sunset and Otrud and Peter gave us an incredible reception as if we were the only guest there and we will definately go back there some time.

Our stay at your lodge was exceptionalll pleasent. The cottage was clean, well equiped and big. I was very happy with the place and will definetley return for another stay. Thank you for making the experiance so pleasant.

A happy choice
Probably the best part of our experience was the warmth of the welcome. Ortrude and Peter made us feel at home and the breakfast was excellent. We would use this accommodation again

Lovely Stay
We loved our time at Ithabiseng Guest Farm. We still miss our time out on the patio in the morning sun, the hospitality, the friendly cats and dogs, and the tranquility. Great stay thank you.

Wonderful weekend away
The true bushveld kindness of Ortrud and Peter Herty touched our hearts. We stayed in the "Bushveld Cottage" only about a meter or two away from the bushes. Having a barbeque so close to nature and all its wonderful noises realy was a privilege. The Cottage was perfect for our stay and we returned back home revived. An excellent choice of accommodation so close to Bela Bela. Ortrud and Peter thank you,we will return soon.
