Brilliant, excellent very enjoyable and relaxing.

All I can say is we thoroughly enjoyed every moment and didn't want the experience to end. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the house boats are well kitted and have everything you need. They are also clean and comfortable. The only thing is we used just over 14 litres of fuel and ended up paying R640.00 at the end of the weekend which we thought was a lot, considering you pay for the weekend, and then all the fuel you use, we thought there would be a portion of fuel we had already paid for when we paid for the weekend and whatever we used over and above that we had to pay for, we were expecting to pay about R3 / 400 for fuel as this is what our friends who previously went on the house boat advised, but not R640.00, but this didn’t spoil the overall experience and we will be back.

Was fantastic really pleasure going there

This was a fantastic weekend away for the two of us, it's unusual , interesting, - amazing scenery, you keep active driving your own boat, but it's very relaxing and cosy. I loved it.

My wife and I stayed on the boat for one night. We enjoyed it very much and are currently planning our next visit.

My brother and his wife were visting my husband and I from the UK. I really wanted to do something different with them as we had done most of the tourist things previously. We all agreed that this holiday would be relaxed. I came across the Old Willow No 7 house boat charters quite by accident and was extremely impressed with their efficiency, friendliness and accomodating attitude. We stayed on the boat for three days just cruising up and down the Vaal river stopping off for lunch and or dinner when we felt like it. Just what we'd had in mind - what an experience! we will definately do this again.

Our experience on the houseboat was unbelievable.We will do it again without a doubt.

Had lots of fun, chilling and relaxing while taking in the scenery. Nothing like winter sundowners on the water !
