The stay was fantastic, but the telephonic confirmations beforehand, was very bad. I phoned to confirm my booking and was transfered 5 times to the wrong "casino". After that I had to fax my credit card authorization form 4 times and every time to a different person. Every time I told the person I spoke to that I already sent the form - the reply was every time that "Sir, now it is me working with you - send it again". Bad, very bad!!!
