3 Melrose Road is situated just 5 minutes East of Sandton in the quiet Suburb of Sandown Estate. This secure suburb incorporates the suburbs of Strathaven and Sandown Ext 36.

Highways are easily accessible as Sandown Estates is situated between the Marlboro Road Off Ramps on the M1 and M3 and the Grayston Drive off ramp on the M1 Highway which both connect up with Katherine Street which connects up to Sandton.

"Having spent so much of my working life travelling and staying in hotels, I prefer to stay in a B&B whenever possible. 3 Melrose Road is probably the best I've stayed in. It scores highly for accommodation, cleanliness, facilities, location and comfort. However, most of all, it benefits from the personal attention of Caroline (the owner). She went far beyond the call of duty making sure everything was perfect for my stay. I will be staying there on every trip to Joburg from now on."

DIRECTIONS: From the Airport - N12 towards Johannesburg, take N1 Pretoria highway at the Gillooly's interchange follow highway north; take the Marlboro off ramp which is after London Rd off ramp. Turn left at the top of the off ramp amf follow Marlboro road under the M1 highway and to the T-junction. At the T-junction turn left into Katherine Drive. Follow the road through 1 set of traffic lights. At the 2nd traffic light turn right into Harris Road (opp Barloworld) and 3rd road right into Melrose road. We are the second house on the left.
From Melrose Arch - Get onto the N1 highway towards Pretoria from Corlett Drive. Take the next off ramp (Grayston). Keep to your left and go down Katherine Drive. At the traffic light turn right under the bridge into Katherine Avenue. Follow the road and go over the river at the next traffic light; turn left into Harris Road (opp Barloworld). Turn right at the 3rd road which is Melrose Road. We are the second house on the left.
From Sandton - Down Katherine Street in an easterly direction. Go under the bridge at Grayston off ramp. Follow Katherine over the river. At the next traffic light (opp Barloworld) turn left into Harris road, and 3rd road right into Melrose Road. We are the second house on the left.
