Our name was inspired by the owner passion for champagne and her favorite, Veuve Clicquot. The Clico Guesthouse strives to deliver service and facilities on a par with the celebrated and exclusive French beverage.
Clico Guest House’s aim with our luxury accommodation is to make our guests feel spoilt. Everything is centered around this, from the luxurious bathroom ms, to the extra-length beds, plush cushions, exotic fabrics, fresh-cut flowers, and delicious French cuisine.
Clico Guest House’s accommodation offers seven luxurious rooms, all with beautifully fitted en-suite bathroom, mini-bar, feather-soft, extra-length bed, flat-screen TV with a range of satellite channels, desk-cum-dressing table, air-conditioning and under-carpet heating.
Officially opened in June 2006, Clico Guest House is perfectly situated close to the hub of Johannesburg.
Housed in a 60-year old Cape Dutch house, Clico is an engaging mix of old and new ?from the original Oregon pine floorboards and antique inlaid-wood side tables from Morocco, to custom-made, comfortable couches and the modern, whimsical sculptures by Anton Smit
Over the road from the Johannesburg Zoo is Zoo Lake, perfect for a relaxing Sunday-afternoon drift in a rowing boat, and also known as a hub for outdoor concerts. While there, dine at Moyo Restaurant, well-known for its pan-African cuisine and the way patrons?faces are delicately painted, African style.
Clico is also close to the Rosebank Clinic for any medical emergencies our guests might experience.
