"That's It!" was established in 1993 and was one of the first Guest homes established in Pretoria. "That's It!' is a comfortable home set in a beautiful leafy sub-tropical garden. Offering accommodation set in a stunning location.

The back garden of "That's It!" has many large palms and a lush lawn surrounds a sparkling pool. There is a "lapa" which is an outdoor entertainment area set under a thatched roof. The lapa is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and pool loungers wait invitingly for guests to relax.

"That's It!" offers facilities to make you feel at home, there are stylishly decorated double and twin en-suite bedrooms which offer TV's in all rooms. Also there are tea and coffee making facilities. "That's It!" offers you thought of accommodation with heaters and fans in all the rooms and electric blankets are provided provided during the chilly winter months.
