Bullfrog Pond Guest House

The Bullfrog Pond Guest House is situated in President Park Agricultural Holdings in Midrand approximately 2km from Gallagher Estate. We wish to welcome you in a relaxing environment in a beautiful serene garden. The house is typical of an old Victorian design with stained glass windows, wooden floors and comfortable rooms in a country style setting with several artists based on the property. This offers the guest something different, but still your privacy and comfort.

Each spacious room has a bathroom en suite and is furnished with a queen size bed with always fresh bed linen and towels, comfortable chairs, a desk for the workaholic and television for those who just want to relax after a days' work or shopping in Gauteng.

The patio and lush garden with the bullfrog pond makes for a lovely outside living area to unwind, to take a stroll or just enjoy a sun-downer. But besides all that, we have a number of artists working and exhibiting on the premises. The artists' studios are open to guests when classes are not in progress. You can chat to them and even do some planning with an interior decorator. And then of course the lounge and dining room with fireplace provides that atmosphere which can be described as "that next best place away from home".

We are centrally located in President Park Agricultural Holdings, with easy access from N1 via Allandale or New Road off-ramps, about 30 minutes from Johannesburg International Airport, 30 km from Pretoria City Centre, 15 km from Sandton and 1.5 km from Gallagher Estate. Once you have stayed with us, you will see how easy it is to get to the most important places in Gauteng within minutes.
