Leeuwenhof is a romantic Country Lodge and Garden Spa situated in the Waterberg Mountains, amidst abundant blessings of nature, only two hours drive from Johannesburg International Airport (transfers available by arrangement).

Behind an imposing white-posted gate lies an elongated white building in the Cape Colonial style with shady porches. The columned portico invites you to relax and unwind. The green lawn, interspersed with big trees and shrubs, slopes gently down to towards the Garden spa with timeless tranquillity that emanates from the exuberance of birdsong and the presence of some game.

On the other side of the peripheral wall surrounding the lodge and spa lays rugged bushveld against a backdrop of the Waterberg mountain. Leeuwenhof is blessed with a large number of bird species. Skilled beauticians and massage therapists offer a wide range off beauty and massage therapies.

A new addition to the Lodge is two luxurious giant tents on the riverbank, complete with private Jacuzzis and outdoor showers, to offer a romantic “Out of Africa” experience. Experience an "Out of Africa" stay in one of the giant tents on the banks of the Sand river with private Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, air conditioner and magnificent mountain views.

The swimming pool, sunset drives and floodlit tennis court add to an outdoor experience. Transfers, available by arrangement. People from all over the world have fallen in love with our beautiful region when experiencing the age old African tranquillity by day and night in the luxury of Leeuwenhof.

Dinnertime in the splendid dining-room with its fashionable mix of design and style is a leisurely affair. A fusion of country and contemporary cuisine is offered, complemented by a selection of local and imported wines and fresh produce from the estate.
