Pension Gecko

Pension Gecko is a charming, informal, relaxed self-catering guest house, catering for backpackers and travelers who enjoy some comforts without blowing the budget. Suitable accommodation for students, interns, researchers, NGOs, volunteers and others. We are situated in the vicinity of Northcliff, Cresta, Melville, Auckland Park and in close proximity of both; the University of Johannesburg and Witwatersrand. We have a wonderful entertainment area where people can come together, relax and enjoy one anothers company.

We are 5km from Melville 7th Avenue, which is like walking back in time to pavement cafes, restaurants, bars, craft shops as well as clubs and music venues. The cottage sleeps four and contains two bedrooms with two single beds in each room. There is a communal lounge and dinning area with a TV. The bathroom is shared by the two rooms and is fitted with a bath and a shower. There is a beautiful large fully equipped kitchen for all to use.
