As stated, the room was elegant. The only problem I had was that I was not fully induced to the place. Proper introduction did not take place and there were a few remotes of the TV to use which caused confusion.I had to call the lady at Reception to assist and you may refer to her.One of the black ladies, who might be regarded as doing security duties helped me, but they did not know much.Their help was appreciated though.It was cold and I had to ask for a heater.Alot of us that travel on business are smokers and drinkers and there were no facilities visible for this. otherwise the stay was nice and private.
