The Village Guest House Reviews

During the time I spent in South Africa I had numerous opportunities to visit The Village Guest House. I found Joan and Charlie to be excellent hosts. They provided a home away from home allowing me to feel welcomed and comfortable in a new country. The accommodations are well designed and thoughtfully planned. Meals were always excellent with Charlie providing some of the best BBQ and especially soups I have eaten. I highly recommend this Guest House. Henley On Klip is a wonderful quiet little town and the Guest House allows a rest and relaxation in beautiful surroundings.

This was one of the nicest guesthouses I've stayed at, the Hostess was most charming and eager to help. The breakfast was outstanding. Thanks Joan for making our stay so enjoyable.

Village Guest House is a stunning retreat in Henley-on-Klip. The Rose Room was absolutely perfect with a fully equipped kitchen.
The friendly welcome from Charlie and his assistance was greatly appreciated.
The gorgeous cat and Minnie Winnie (the bulldog)have been well trained to welcome guests - they add something extra special to the guest house!!!
