We 'escaped' for the weekend to this wonderful 'best kept secret' close to Cullinan, on the Bee Tree Farm. Such a wonderful peaceful experience, that we decided to purchase the Farm. We are since the proud owners of the Bee Tree Farm, (did slight upgrades), to experience the wonder of nature, peace, silence, nature, bushveldt, 268 species of birds in and around the Farm area, discovering on page 155, mentioning Bee Tree Farm in the Chamberlains Top 101 Birdviewing destinations to visit in Gauteng, actually seeing the Striped KingFisher that breeds in the garden of Bee Tree, receiving a mail from a friend,from a friend mentioning Bee Tree Farm, SW corner, a breeding couple of Tinkling cisticolas and Pearl-breasted swallows. The Cottage sleeps 2 and the Kraal sleeps 10, a blissfull peaceful experience away from the hussle and bussle of traffic, noice, alarms, to walk on the 23 hektare farm, do birdwatching, some small antelope has been noticed as well. Bring your bicycle and go siteviewing via de Tweedespruit, lot's of game to see. If we fell in love to purchase the Farm, working fulltime in the IT Corporate world, please join us in the experience of nature at its best. Feel free to request a quote for a braai and 'potbrood', salads, etc at the Kraal for a Venue, lot's of parking for the day event.
