Crocodile Bridge Camp

Crocodile Bridge Rest camp in a quaint delightful camp located in the South eastern corner of the Kruger National Park, on the northern banks of the Crocodile River, just a stone's throw from Maputo and the border of Mozambique. Its an an hour's drive from Swaziland. Crocodile Bridge Rest camp has been nominated as the best run camp in the Kruger under SANPARKS management for 3 years in a row.

The game viewing area around the camp is known as the "Southern Circle" which is renowned for a large concentration of different prides of lions. There is an abundance of game and a large percentage of the parks rhino population patrol this region. Crocodile Bridge Rest camp is the ideal camp from which to seek out the Big Five.

Attractions and sightseeing activities at Crocodile Bridge include San rock art which adorns a overhanging rock near the Hippo pool, Gezantfombi Dam

and the Nhlanganzwani Dam.

Crocodile Bridge Campsites

The campsite has twenty tent and caravan sites, with power points and movable barbecue grids. A communal camp kitchen which is accessible by wheelchair with 24/7 hot water, electric hobs and washing up facilities forms part of the general amenities provided. A max of 6 persons per site is allowed.

Crocodile Bridge Safari Tents

8 Safari Tents with 2-bedroomed permanent canvas tents, communal toilets, and communal kitchen facilities, fridge, fan and wheelchair access.

Crocodile Bridge Bungalows

20 Bungalows with two or 3-bedroomed units that are fully equipped. All bungalows have showers and AC. 2 units are wheelchair friendly.

Activities at Crocodile Bridge Camp include morning, sunset and night drives. Morning and Day Walks, bush breakfast and Barbecue.
